It’s funny that when MSNBC gets caught putting out false press releases claiming ratings victory and gets caught, TVnewser starts out by claiming “It’s no secret networks may take a little…creative license when it comes to ratings releases.”

TVnewser wasn’t so curious about MSNBC massaging of ratings numbers while trumpeting Olbermann’s phony “ratings win”.

Olbermann spent over 20 years as a sports broadcaster, including five as an anchor on ESPN’s SportsCenter. So it was a little surprising when, as they showed Chauncey Billups at the Gore-Obama rally in Michigan last night, Olbermann went flipping through his notes to try to figure out what team Billups plays for.

Watch as the video is frozen, you will notice Gregg Jarrett’s mouth stops moving where Think Progress makes it appear Jarrett is saying “military installations IN the United States”. What Jarrett actually said wad “military installations OF the United States.

Think Progress may want to check on where the U.S. has Military Installations.

Think Progress is a complete joke run by nothing more than a group of clueless, deceitful hacks.

By the way Olbermann acted during the primary process, he embarrassed himself and ruined his name. Hillary hate was not the end, it was really just the means by which he was exposed.

I just think Olbermann’s ego has inflated to exceed the size of any room he broadcasts from - and I started thinking that long before any of this stuff many perceive as sexist treatment of Clinton occurred.

The nutroots are all a twitter over a MSNBC memo claiming an Olbermann ratings victory over Fox News’s Bill O’ Reilly in the 25 to 54 rating demographic the week of June 2nd to 8th.

Olbermann” was the #1 show at 8 p.m., out-drawing Fox News’s “O’Reilly
Factor” head-to-head among Adults 25-54. This is the first time since
June 2001 that MSNBC has out-rated “The O’Reilly Factor” at 8 p.m.

Excluding Tuesday’s primary coverage, “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” averaged 477,000 A25-54 vs. 472,000 for the “Factor.”

One problem MSNBC is WRONG !

O’Reilly won Monday 6/2 and Thursday 6/4 and was off due to “Super Tuesday” coverage on Tuesday 6/3.

According to the actual ratings posted on TV-Newser In head to head matchup Olbermann had higher ratings on ONE NIGHT only!

• Super Tuesday June 3rd - Factor was not on.
• O’Reilly was off on Friday June 8th (correction of correction below)

Olbermann beat O’Reilly Wednesday June 3rd only but that doesn’t stop MSNBC from fudging the numbers to prop up their delusional poster boy.

Once again the liberal progressives need to skew the numbers to try and claim a victory. I can see why MSNBC puts out these fabricated ratings memos, their nutroot base clearly swallows them on cue.

Re-Correction: O’Reilly was not off Friday June 8th, Laura Ingraham filled in for him.

Congratulations to Olbermann for his averaged one week ratings victory where he only won 2 out of 4 nights in head to head match-up.

Olbermann completely blows his cover. Admits on national TV he is a full blown leftie democrat who has forgiven Hillary for all her actions up until today when she referenced the assassination of Bobby Kennedy as a reason for her to stay in the Democratic primary race.

During his “Special Rant” last evening, Olbermann, addressing Hillary Cinton’s reference to Bobby Kennedy’s assassination said “WE” forgave her for taking shots at Obama which in turn helped John McCain. Hmmmmm…? That was only one of many “We’s”.

Oooops…So much for that “non partisan” / “objective journalist” thing Olby.

A couple of more gems…Olbermann said in his special rant that maybe Hillary will get a chance if Obama gets an offer “from a better and wiser country”?… Nice I wonder what other countries Olbermann thinks are “better and wiser than America?

And the left wonders why their patriotism is questioned.

The best part was the loud pop off camera that made Olbermann wince like a little boy…Hilarious!
